The Banjo Broker Survey giveaway runs between 22 October 2025 and 4 December 2025. This promotion is invite only and participants can enter by clicking the URL in their unique survey invitation during the promotional period. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Participation is open to individuals who receive an invitation to the Giveaway and complete the survey within the promotional period. Each participant is allowed only one entry. The first 30 eligible participants who submit the survey via the Marketing official invite within 14 days of the initial email send (by 13 November 2025) will each receive a $50 Visa Gift Card. This offer applies only to responses through the marketing EDM channel. Additionally, all eligible survey respondents will go into a draw for the major prize of a July Luggage Set valued at $840. The random prize draw will take place on 11 December 2025 at Banjo Loans Head Office in Melbourne CBD.
The 30 gift card winners will be notified via email and phone call by their BDM by 13 November 2025. The major prize winner will be contact via email and phone call by 15 December 2025. Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of unclaimed prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw or reallocate prizes in its absolute discretion.
Banjo Loans reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the giveaway at any time including the right to modify or change out any of the prizes for an item of equal or similar value. Personal data collected will be used for marketing purposes. The types of personal data collected include names, contact information, and survey responses. Data will be stored securely, and participants have the option to opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter.
Banjo Loans is not liable for any technical issues related to the giveaway and any liability is limited to the value of the prizes. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred by participants in connection with the Giveaway, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised access, or any other issues beyond the Promoter's control.
